Our Commericlal Spaces offer residents many convenient services such as an on-site dry cleaners which also serves as our receiving room for packages to supplement standard mail delivery services.  Imperial Towers offers a grocery store market with a deli counter offering freshly made soups and sandwiches. along  We have a full service restaurant and bar open to residents of the building as well as people in the neighborhood.  Our Condominum hosts a number of other Commercial spaces  such as a heated, underground parking facility and a wellness center as outlined below.

Best Choice Cleaners & Receiving Room

Located at lobby level in the South Tower, the receiving room is open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. The receiving room is operated by Best Choice Cleaners, which provides both professional dry cleaning (including leather, suede, and carpet) and laundry services.  Expert garment alteration, tailoring, and shoe repair are also available.

LAZ Parking

Imperial Towers offers a heated parking facility managed by LAZ Parking Chicago. The garage offers monthly parking for residents and limited guest parking on a daily/hourly basis. Bicycle parking, as well as discounted pre-paid parking validations, is available. BaseCamp Coworking is located on the second floor of the North Tower.  BaseCamp is a shared business center with office space available to those needing a desk, a meeting room or a private office.
