Our warm and welcoming community has professional, on-site Management and an astute Board of Directors that keeps financials strong and is focused on the care and maintenance of the property, its facilities and landscape. A doorman is on duty in the lobby at all times and is assisted by a security team, receptionists and a large maintenance staff. As owners and rental residents will confirm, Imperial Tower’s staff is committed to their comfort.
On-Site amenities offer a wide range of services including a Fitness Center, Laundry facilities, a Receiving Room with Dry Cleaning and Tailoring services, a 2nd Floor Lounge hosting our lending Library and a Hospitality Room. Wi-Fi is available on the Second Floor Lounge, Hospitality Room, Sundeck and Laundry Rooms. Additionally. there are thirteen commercial units, among them a heated parking garage, full service grocery store, restaurant, and wellness center.
